I went to Dr. Nair with a very troubled, confused and burnt-out mind. In the very first session itself, I was more aware of my thoughts and was able to point out the problems that might be plaguing me. Despite Dr. Reena's busy travel schedule, she gave me various therapeutic exercises which I was to send through mail. What amazed me was that despite her traveling, she replied to my e-mails and gave me various tips and advises on how to manage my thoughts and perceptions. The instant she came back she told called me and set up my next session.
