Special thanks to Dr Pranali, I started working out with Dr Pranali from my 12 week ,up untill the very last day of delivery (39 week 4 days),this helped me to be physically and mentally prepared for 48 hrs of labor .Must tell you Dr Pranali is undoubtedly the best Physiotherapist I have ever came across and most wonderful person I have ever known...she was my constant support and go to person throughout pregnancy ..No matter what time I contacted her with any of my silly concerns she was there to guide ... I had Gestational Diabetes and being FTM I was really concerned about my baby's wellbeing but Dr Pranali kept me calm and positive,I had controlled my GD with diet and exercise,an hour walk ,with extra cardio session as advised by Her, which also helped to manage my weight and baby's weight and health.... Till the last day before my water bag broke I had no symptoms of labor at all ,not even any discomfort or false pain even after 4 sweep and being 2 cm dilated .I was really anxious if I will be able to have a normal delivery but Dr Pranali kept me going and suggested me do some exercise and the very same day I went into labor...100% recommending her.

In my 2nd trimester , I had joined Srujanam prenatal class where I have met Dr. Pranali who is one of the instructors for exercise and low impact cardio sessions and I have attended till the time I delivered my baby.

Her sessions were really helpful to keep myself healthy and active during my whole pregnancy. Despite having c-section, I was able to walk in less than 24 hours.

She always explains trimester wise exercises which can be done at home as well and answer your questions with utmost patience.

The overall experience was great.

I met Dr. Pranali during my pregnancy for the prenatal exercise and low impact cardio sessions which were thoroughly explained and enthusiastic. These sessions helped me maintained my physical and mental health throughout my pregnancy journey. Dr. Pranali had also explained labour exercises which were very helpful in preparing my body for the labour pain during delivery. She also explained the trimester wise exercises which can be done at home.

I join prenatal exercises with pranali mam from my 16th week of my pregnancy and I really like this exercise ad cardio session of pranali mam , also yoga class of Shalini mam and music class also too good . Bcoz of this class I enjoy my pregnancy , no weight gain, we made amazing group it's really helpful and I my fav class was low impact cardio I really miss those days , reels , friend and Masti .... pranali mam is too good and friendly solve our doubt ....thank you so much mam n surjanam team for such great classes . Amd most imp thing is in my pregnancy journey and feel positive, energetic, happy , strees free ....

I met Dr Pranali at Umarji’s clinic when I was struggling with my conceiving journey . Her first impression was so impactful that I did not wait for joining her Mekosha program . She gave me clear insights of program and also gave some tips and tricks to stay happy and not worry about the journey and gave me all positive vibes . I suffered from ACL ligament tear. I took physiotherapy treatment for 2 months at the hospital that I was diagnosed but my knee was still buckling. I then realized that though it was a reputed ortho hospital the physiotherapy services for me were very ineffective as I kept doing the same set of exercises for two months without any progress. As it was not working out for me I searched on Practo for a Physio with the Dr.pranali

On taking an appointment, Dr. Pranali explained very clearly and politely what I need and charted a 3 months plan after which he assured me I will be back on the football and badminton field. I was startled that on Day 1 of Physio session itself he set my knee right and I was able to walk normally without buckling. Dr.pranali were extremely sensitive, polite and caring throughout while giving me Sports Physiotherapy to help me recover completely from my ACL tear.

Dr. Pranali, Thankyou so much. The exercise and the breathing exercise helped me throughout the pregnancy. Even when I went in the OT I was doing doing the breathing exercise which helped me to stay calm and during the procedure.

Dr. Pranali goes out of her way to help you during the pregnancy and post pregnancy exercises which are very effective in long term.

I met Dr. Pranali before 2 months for my exercise program. I have join her mekosha program. This mekosha program was very helpful for me. In the Mekosha program I loose my weight and I get very good results as well. She have very caring and supportive nature.
