This was my first visit to Ms. Neha Pundir and it was a great experience. She explained everything in a simple way and gave me a suitable diet plan for my health. The clinic environment was good, the wait time was reasonable, and I felt the consultation was worth the fees.

I consulted Neha ma'am for weight loss advice. She patiently heard about my journey and diet/lifestyle challenges. She also shared some practical tips to stay consistent with the plan. There was an emphasis on eating well and not feeling like it was restricted eating. Also, a holistic approach was taken in the program focusing on not just the nutrition but also movement and sleep. I had personal challenges during the program because of which I couldn't follow the plan on some days. However, I didn't feel judged and Neha ma'am motivated me further to do my best.
