I went to meet Dr. Sreystha Beppari with my daughter who was having lots of issues like depression, anxiety, fear, anger, panic attack, alcohol abuse etc. But after the Dr. spent more than an hour with us , we found out together that I was the one in need of help !!! My years of ignored fears, trying to be superwoman, being responsible for the peace in the family, not being able to say NO when it would be obviously not favourable. I was trying to please everyone.

In short I was living a life like a lot of us out there. But when you spend nearly 45 years of your 63 years living like this, it is bound to make you an angry, anxious, controlling, irritable and most important unhappy person. I feel sorry for myself for who I became and only by the grace of God did I take my daughter to Apollo to meet Dr. Sreystha , who is such a wonderful person, compassionate as well as professionally capable, to help people who are suffering, to turn around life and live it the way it's ment to be lived.

I still have a lot of work to do on my self but already I can see, my daughter is at a better place thanks to the small changes I am making towards our relationship.

Sometimes a professional prospective is needed to help and guide to become aware of what we are unable to see.

I still remember those days of mines where I found myself lost and betrayed by all my loved once . those days brought lot of darkness and negativity in my life . where my career was getting shattered , people were back stabbing me and of course my mental health wasn't supporting me at all .I felt that my life was over and I have nothing left because honestly I had nothing left . I dropout from college , used to get attacked by a group and what not and had no strength to take my stand that time . But as it is said bad times leads you to some good days. Just Like that I found a light in my life and the person who actually helped me a lot throughout the tough time and still she is there that is Dr. Sreystha Beppari ma'am . I still remember my first appointment with her I was very scarred to talk I just cried , but then within a fraction of seconds I started feeling very comfortable and started getting to open up . it just felt like an instant connection and that reassurance which I got from her really helped me a lot to let my guards down . Then we started meeting frequently , but not just that she was there for me during nights and days . she helped me through talking , doing some tasks , reading books and taught me to become not just a better person but also strong . I still remember the day when at night I got very bad panic attack and I was about to commit something bad her words comforted me , she always believed in me like my own mother . she is still that person who comes first in my mind when I'm going through any difficult time and I still follow her words . Believe me sometimes somethings happens in our life where no one can help us not even our parents , friends or you yourself . But we still have someone like Dr Sreystha Beppari ma'am who never judges your past or you and is always there to motivate you and guide you . Because of her today I am at very better place of my life . I learned a lot of lessons from her and I am still learning . Mental health should be your first priority because no loss is greater or bigger than losing yourself so do consult with her she will help and assist you better than anyone .
