Ms. Rucha Shrikhande

It was during peak pandemic when lockdown was imposed & children suffered the most i think.They had no much of outdoor activity to do & spent most of the time on gadgets either attending online schools or playing online games.During this time my son who is 12 yrs old had almost became addicted to playing online games, he had become timid & somewhat developed a fobia for the people.

I was worried about him & one day i asked my friend who is a reputed educationist in Pune & he suggested me about Rucha.Therefore, I took my son to her for counselling. It began with long detailed interaction with parents & then long interaction with the child.My son spoke to her many things which we didnt knew.Then she counselled him which is helping him to get rid of habits which developed during lockdown.

Rucha, counselled us too which was helpful in removing worries and anxiety.We are yet to take few other sessions with her which i sure will be more beneficial.Rucha is knowledgeable, has understanding about the subject ,gives ample of time,dedicated to her profession.

I never thought that a girl like me , who always believed that is a rebel, and nothing could affect me, would need therapy some day. I never knew that people's choices about me affected me so deeply until it kept on bottling up and eventually had a outbreak. The negative thoughts, anxiety, self doubt started pouring in. After battling them for a while ,my family started to notice behavioural changes in me and I am blessed enough to have a super supportive family who encouraged and motivated me to get therapy, without judging or shutting me off for the emotions I had back then. I then met Rucha, after the first session, I was happy to know that someone is willing to hear me out and also lead me to betterment. As the sessions went on I started developing trust and self satisfaction after pouring my heart out to her without the fear of being judged. a To my surprise I actually discovered several things about my own self! Rucha helped me come out of my 'not so good' phase of life and gave a positive perspective to look at things.

She really listens to you and she’s relatable. With her own experiences and educational prowess, she gives a proper and appropriate advice wherever required. I definitely recommend her for any issues you may have & the need the right kind of person for the same.

She is very good listener. She is very calm during the session and also very understanding. She provide appropriate advice wherever required. I definitely recommend her for whatever mental health issues you may have. Her counseling methods are very effective.

Since December 2019 I wasn't in a good mental state, lockdown further added to the worsening. However knowing ms. Rucha since childhood, I contacted her to get an expert advice. Now I'm in a much better mental condition and still improving day by day. She has always been a very good listener, advisor, friend. She helped me in the recovery from a worse mental health.

I feel more confident and valued after speaking to Rucha... I feel safe and know that there is someone who care for me... I scared to.open up yet.. but these session are helping me getting over my anxiety..
