I am eternally grateful to Dr. Jaitti for preparing me for labour through her lamaze session. I was confident and well prepared for labour , this being my 1st pregnancy.

The breathing techniques taught by Dr. Jaitti helped me a lot during labour and I was able to have a normal delivery.
