Dr. Monika Chopra (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Monika is such a helping personality. I approached her two weeks back for my neck, shoulder and arm pain. She evaluated me and suggested matrix rhythm therapy sessions. After first session only i felt a lot of difference. Prior to starting therapy i used to wake up with lot of morning stiffness and literally it disappeared after starting physiotherapy sessions. Weakness in my right arm is recovered completely. Dr. Monika is very friendly, she understands your problem and she make sure that you get proper therapy as well as a good comfort when you are taking sessions. The physical exercises and stretches given by her are really effective. I had around 70℅ recovery after taking 5 sessions @ Vivacare. One should always visit Vivacare for good results :)

I was recommended to Dr. Monica Chopra by a friend. Post COVID, I was suffering from muscle contraction in my neck and shoulder area and it was difficult to bear the pain. When I consulted with Dr. Chopra, she immediately got the issue of muscle spasm and recommended 7 sessions of Physiotherapy .

I must say, the kind of advanced technology setup they have and experienced staff, I was able to get the results on 4th day itself and hence my sessions were completed on 6th day.

I was given the series of therapies included: Matrix therapy for 20 mins, IFT for 20 mins, ultrasound for 20 mins and then steam for 10 mins.

After Machine based therapies, I was given series of sessions on stretching exercises which I used to follow religiously even at home.

She has been very polite, listen to your concerns, messages you to check if feeling better and advice right consultation.

Very trustworthy. My mother was getting treatment from her after wrist operation and she got a very good result from Doctor. When I was facing lower back issues as a result of bad posture, I was suggested to go for physiotherapy. I started therapy with doctor as I had good previous experience of my mom. She examined my problems and suggested optimum treatment as solution. With few sessions my back started getting better. If you are suggested for physiotherapy, go to her. She will take care of the rest.

Professional yet warm and affable that’s what Dr Chopra is.

My shoulder has been in trouble over the past two years with stiffness and soreness playing a frequent guest due to my exercise regime.

Within mere 5 sessions I feel 80% finer. The therapies such as Matrix and Ultrasound were very carefully administered while paying attention to shoulder anatomy muscles. I will also be honest here saying that Ultra Sound wasn’t as great.

Dr Chopra was honest in concluding the treatment in 5 sessions mentioning that I don’t need more. Furthermore, she very kindly compiled a video of home care exercises and insisting that I must visit her for these exercises.

I plan visiting weekly to Dr Chopra for general well-being of my shoulder in order to avoid stiffness.

I must say this beautiful Doctor is very dynamic and amazingly good when it comes to her work. I had a Muscles related issues with Neck pain since last 6-8 months and I tried everything on earth to get me a relief. (From medication to yoga to anything etc). Nothing really gave me a complete relief.My hubby was searching for Physiotherepist for me on practo. we got Dr.Monika from practo and fixedup an appointment. we went to her clinic (7th floor)@Baner road. lift was not wrking that day and its next to impossible for me to go at her clinic upstairs (7floors) with giddiness and so much of neck pain. i gave a call to her and explain whole story. within 1-2 hour this doctor visited us at my home and did something with her magical hands. she treated me So well. I was really struggling with Major knee and heals pain, my Knee pain was very critical due to meniscus minor damages, we had initial diagnosis with MRI and our doc suggested to do Artho scopy of left knee, but we referred by our doc to Dr. Mrs. Chopra for Adv. Physiotherapy for left knee and with Heals pain issue, so we got very good information and suggestions by Dr. Chopra and had 10 detailed physiotherapy (matrax & Ultra sound) treatment in these sessions, Doc. Mam was very friendly and kind/upto date with all the Treatment steps. In Each day session she explained very well wht she is gone do and how tht will help to me to get relief frm Knee and Heals pain.

Doc. Chopra Mam provided very good demo of Exercises tht I need to continue at home, so with that I have very good recovery of my Knee pain and as well have some recovery frm Heals pain.

So I would definitely recommend Doc. Chopra because of such great expertise and outstanding physo treatments that helps us as we get avoided knee aurtho scopy surgery

I was going through numbness in my little finger of left hand, I requested doc to help me, she went out of the way and open the clinic on Sunday just for me, it was a great experience of approx 15 days of treatment. She was polite and patient with good understanding of issue.

She is just awesome, i went to her for multiple pain in my body. She address each part very patiently. Within very few sessions pain is almost gone. For me it was unexpected. I never forgot her words, In the very first session she said - "there is nothing with you which can't cure". And she really meant it...very friendly and comfortable environment.
