Then with the help of practo I got the opportunity to consult Dr. Kalpana mam who was very confident that there is no need for injection and it will be cured with the help of physiotherapy though I was suffering from last 3 months and Ortho Dr advised for injection.Thank you so much mam for your help and getting me back to normal. Visited For Knee Pain Physiotherapy
She thoroughly examined the knee joint and the muscles from toe to the hip and diagnosed the strained ligament. She assisted the exercises for rehab and explained the reasons for doing the same. Her professional approach with reassuring smile boosted my confidence.

Kalpana ma’am is extremely patient, really attentive, and understands the issue really well. She never rushes the sessions and takes her time to explain everything clearly. She even explains the muscle anatomy and how each exercise is meant to help with the exact problem. I’m seeing her for muscle imbalance and weakness, and the treatment is going really well so far.
