Hypothyroid weight gain

I am suffering from hypothyroidism and day by day my weight is gaining don't know why. For dinner I use to take oats milk with sugar free or fruit bowl. I am taking medicine eltroxin 100mg. But I can't reduce 1 kg. Day by day weight gaining like anything. When the first thyroid found in my blood test on that time my weight was 65kg and now 73kg.

Hi, I have a very tight schedule. I am busy with work and attending tuitions for my course from 5am to 9pm. I am not able to exercise on account of the tight schedule. I feel as if I am talking to a long time friend. I followed her diet and lost 8 kgs in 2 and half months without any exercise and without using any weight reduction medicines. She is against such medicines. She encouraged me to take up walking in swimming pool for improvement of my back pain. I started walking in swimming pool in winter season which i never dreamt of. The most important thing about her she will motivate and inspire you, proper guidance and exercise suggestions will definitely show results but only you follow the suggestion.
I was 107kg with BP of 140/100 approximately after 1 year now I am 80kg and BP with 100/70 which is mainly observed in athletes can take run of 15km within 1 hr 34 min precisely. About weight training I can squat 125-130kg very easily.

Dr.Jaya mam take keen interest for solving problem releated health. Provide nice suggestion . I reduced 9 kg weight in 2 month time. I am suffering from AVN due to which my leg having sever pain and no Dr.Jaya mam take keen interest for solving problem releated health. Provide nice suggestion .
