My experience so far is beyond expectation, almost I have come out of the pain now. Her dedication and care towards patience is outstanding. Unlike other doctors, she completely focuses on the progress and keep fine tuning her approach . One more area where her clinic stands apart the rest is lavish space and sophisticated equipment. My experience with Dr. Shubha has been extremely good in all my visits. She listens to patients problems patiently and provides a clear & precise explanation of the problem & the treatment.

I have visited her for multiple problems: back pain, hip bone fracture, wrist pain etc., and every time she has explained me in detail about everything: causes of my problem, treatment and precautions to take in future. She makes sure, she gives sufficient time to each patient and solves his problem before the patient leaves her clinic.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the doctor and her treatment.

i was going through a severe leg pain since a long time. i thought that i have to somehow live with this, but when i find it too painful i visited to Dr. Shubha about a month back. doctor has listened all my problem well & in initial two days of treatment itself i started feeling the relief in my pain effectively. now after a month of therapy i am totally relieved to my long lasting pain in my legs.

I consulted Dr.Bhatnagar for an old untreated hamstring injury which had seemingly got aggravated and made basic movements like walking, bending difficult and painful. She took ample time to ask and enquire about the nature of the pain and I never felt rushed.Two weeks in Dr.Bhatnagar's treatment and am quite back to my old self. What was most striking about the treatment was that Dr.Bhatnagar answered every and any possible question, doubt, worry I had (why it happened, is it lifelong, what I could do to prevent it, what changes I need to make to my routine to ensure it doesn't recur or aggravate) in great detail which enabled me to believe that there was indeed a complete recuperation possible. Alongside, she also gave specific instructions, exercises, pointers of post-treatment care I would need to take to prevent recurrence and accelerate the recovery. She was extremely accomodative if I needed to prepone an appointment and I've never had to wait a minute for a session.

Everyday, after my session, I would return reassured and confident of a complete riddance of the pain and ability to return to my daily activities as before (the injury)

I had visited two more physiotherapists before for the same issue but the most effective and relieving treatment was done at Bonocare. The doctor understood me and my pain very well and cared to explain me about the treatment time to time. I am very satisfied with the treatment.
