I was suffering from lower back pain due to L4/5 disk degeneration and protruding which was affected my mobility and routine since Dec 20. After my MRI and orthopedic consultation, we started physiotherapy with Dr. Varsha Zope and she perfectly guided and shown exercises and also done Matrix treatment which gave me lot of relief in my back pain and normal movement. I also made certain changes in my food habits and breakfast and collectively all gave me superb results. Today i am completely perfect and living normal life without any medication. Doing my morning walks of around 3-4 km daily and now full of energy. I would like to thank Dr Varsha for his support and contribution to get me back on normal routine.
