My name is Rahul Sawant working in Merchant Navy & it is totally about physical jobs and activities hence life on ship is more adventure...being in merchant navy, i have to be physically strong...so before joining ship i have to do medical Test to confirm whether the candidate is fit for duty or not.

I would love to share my experience with u, i came back from ship for vacation and decided to join Gym, its been 15 days everything was going smoothly, later on i started doing heavy work out..

I did shoulder exercises and when i came back to home, my back starts paining.. I ignored it and carry on... Next day i did back exercise hoping that the pain will get fixed up... But it turn out to be wrong decision.. When i came back to home, my pain got increased so went to doctor he gave pain killer injection and i felt like my pain has gone but again next day same thing happen...but this time the pain was more severe.. I didn't sleep that whole night... The pain is like 7-8 out of 10...Next day morning again I went to the same Doctor & he Suggest me to do x-ray and MRI.

The report was clear that i have large disc bulge (C4, C5, C6) my shoulder, back and right hand was paining like anything....

I got admitted in hospital for 4 days and did cervical traction & again went for MRI but there was no change in picture so Dr told me to go for surgery, i ll not open-up his name.. I just went for second suggestion so i came to know about Kripa Wellness Clinic

I got Dr Trusha ref from my family doctor...i explained everything to Dr. Trusha mam and shown my reports... She analysis it and told me that she ll fix this out...i could not belive her word.. Because according to Ortho surgeon i must go for surgery which was a last option for me so how could i trust her... After explaining me about physiotherapy i finally decided to go for it...

So it was a first day at clinic & i had never take any physiotherapy before so was bit nervous...after day 1st secession i didn't feel much changes but yes, my pain slightly got reduce...

I still remember after 5th session, pain was in control...Dr. Trusha mam used to tell me doe's and don't.. I followed everything and day by day i started feeling conformable...

Mam told me to do walking, swimming, exercise and believe me it was 15th session my pain was completely gone if i would have to rate between 1 to 10 then it was 0.5😊

I am very happy with the treatment, it includes CST, ULTRASOUND, Current + exercises, which helps me alotttt to get recover soon..

Today i am giving my review, its been 4 months and now i feel like i don't have any disc bulge at all... All my pain has gone..

Then after meeting with dr. Trusha she found I am having list problem along with back pain which can turn into slip disc or permanent deformation of spine.

Than she started with some basic exercises which helped me to sit and stand for little longer.

Main point here she knew what is the problem and which exercise will do some benefit. After first session confidence was boosted inside me and there was 10-20 % improvement

5 sessions were done in a week which took me to 60-70% improvement.

Another 5 sessions were completed in 4 weeks and after that I was completely ok as earlier.

She gradually increases exercises which helped in my condition.

Apart from all this she does a nerve relieving therapy which I found unique and amazing. Pain disappears after that therapy. Of course main work is of exercises only. As I said in the earlier she knows which exercises will work.

I would definitely recommend dr. Trusha for physiotherapy.

A good friend of mine referred me to meet Dr. Trusha before I go in for the surgery.After the second session I started feeling better. The frequency and intensity of the pain and tingling sensation started to reduce gently. Now a days I have uninterrupted sleep. I am at the 10h session with her today and I feel quite released from the pain.
