Dear Mr. Patil, I find that the volume at which my Sigma hearing aid devices have been programmed fall short of helping me to hear clearly. The app does not help. If possible could you please enhance the volume at which I hear people and television? The friendly and helpful attitude of both of you was most pleasing. I thank you for your courtesy.
