Dr. Sumit Gupta (Physiotherapist)

Took my treatment from SumitZ clinic . Had an amazing experience with them! Staff is outstanding and very supportive.A very professional *** ************* staff. Extremely clean environment and high quality equipments add up to satisfying experience ! Excellent communication and interaction with clients. And off course, up to the mark treatment !!! Would highly recommend to friends and relatives for physiotherapy .

Consultation was alright, but rooms were really badly managed. My costly shoes were stolen from the gate of the clinic where they have the board saying"Please remove your shoes here". I was adviced to use wrist wrap by doctor, the receptionist/pharmacist gave me a used one. Doctor prescribed me 10 days of tablets, I asked for only 5 days but the receptionist/pharmacist denied to give lesser tablets. Ended up buying nothing except paying high consultation and x ray fees.

First of all, he is very dramatic. I went with an acquaintance but still I was worried that she may feel she has a serious problem with her ankle, nevertheless she is good hands now (her company provided medical care) & recommended rest for a couple of days before confirming any major damage & certainly rejected 3D test recommended by doctor sumit...for an ankle sprain, Sumit started with saying this could be a third-grade ligament damage and when we questioned how come the patient could walk for a day with grade III (he was explained that patient has attended office the whole day)ligament damage, he immediately agreed to what we are saying :D . Medicines recommended by the doc were sold at the reception & stored a plastic container, don't know if they are allowed to sell it and if the receptionist has the required pharmacist license. Overall very dramatic experience, will not recommend Dr. Sumit to anyone.
