Hi,
I had accident and operated left hand wrist by Dr. Sachin Khalane. He fixed plate in wrist and suggested to take physiotherapy.
Dr. Sonal Patole is very nice therapist.
Sonal Mam is very frankly and friendly in nature.
She treated me for left hand wrist mobilisation.
I have taken one month of physiotherapy and she was taking all related exercises to move wrist up to down viceversa and clockwise anticlockwise. She was always concentrating to increase strength of it.
With the help of her I can move my wrist. Now able to do everything.
