She has completed her BPTH from Pune in 2009, during her physiotherapy course period she had rotatory clinical training experience at Hardikar Accident and Orthopedic Multi-specialty Hospital Pune, Ruby Hall Clinic and Multi-specialty Hospital Pune, Medipoint Hospital Aundh, Paraplegic Centre Khadki Pune etc. She did her internship at Poona Hospital and Research Center (Multispeciality Hospital).
She has done her initial 2 years clinical work experience in Prayag Critical Care Hospital, at Pune as an ICU Physiotherapist, during that phase she has done respiratory therapy course conducted by ISCCM at an international congress of critical care medicine. She has great experience in treating neurological, cardio-respiratory, orthopedic & geriatric and critical cases during that phase.
Eventually, she had joined oyster and pearl general hospital at Shivaji Nagar Pune, where she exclusively gained clinical experience in spine physiotherapy treating conservative, pre & post operative spine cases, joint replacement, reconstruction & arthroscopic repair cases, She also has some clinical experience working at qi spine clinic as a senior spine consultant for some time, later she had been working at private physiotherapy clinic as consultant physiotherapist.
She has a special interest in manual therapy, she is trained & certified in Mulligan concept, MFR, MET, Maitland, McKenzie, Kaltenborn, Cyriax, neural tissue mobilization technique, high-velocity thrust techniques for full body. She is certified in pilates & sports taping, she is also trained and certified for neuro physiotherapy and rehabilitation for stroke patients(paralysis).
She has a special interest in core exercise & spine rehabilitation, along with intensive patient education for posture & ergonomics workstation which plays a major role in preventing lifestyle-related early degenerative problems, she has treated more than 50,000 back and neck cases successfully.
She has done her Fellowship in Orthopaedic Rehabilitation from London, U.K in 2017. She has 8 years of clinical experience. She has been active member conducting health camps for fitness in school and colleges with the team of Dr. Ali Irani (IAP president and Nanavati hospital hod Mumbai). She believes to keep exploring and updating herself in the field of physiotherapy. With an exclusive experience over the period of time, she has started their own venture and is co-founder at "Croissance Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center" at Baner Pune and is running successfully. She is registered member of Indian association of physiotherapists, manual therapy foundation of India, and is also registered with Maharashtra OT/PT Council.read less
