Holistic healing has been taking the forefront and I am a believer. To my surprise this doctor happened to be just that. I was going thourgh a very hard time, and have been for a while but then I met the doctor and was instantly comforted by how much she really cared about fixing me over. Anything else. I am still in sessions with her, but already feel the shift in my thoughts and my approach to a lot of things that happen around me. She ** **** ************* *** really creates the safe that makes you believe that things will get better. I really reccomend booking a session with her, no matter where you are in life.

I am really thankful to Dr Shital and also to Dr Rahul Patil who recommended me to consult with Dr Shital for counselling. It was really a good experience in terms of expected outcomes from counseling. Actually I used to think that counseling is like self help books - having impact on us for limited time for which we are reading the book..but Dr Shital changed that view completely. Now,for me counseling from her is like hand holding through difficult times and making sure that I would learn my life skills on my own so that her help will not be needed for the same problem next time. She properly understands the problem without being insensitive as well as while having proper amount of empathy. She enabled me to see my own case in such a way that I myself can find what are the options with me,what I want to choose ,what I should choose and what I practically can choose. She not only made me aware of my negative emotions,root causes of them..but also helped me to accept there presence and helped me to find my own ways to overcome them and finally root out their impacts. And in all this process,her achievement is that she never makes her patient dependant on her. If you sincerely wanted to tackle negative side of your own,she is the right person who can help you. Her command on language,gesture, techno savvy nature will make your treatment go smoothly ,without any hindrance. Also the fees is optimum to the level one can afford as well as worth the outcomes. She creates the comfort zone for the patient with her humane nature, simple but effective conversation skills so that the difficulty to share even taboo issues vanishes faster than I had expected. Her long experience in this field has upgraded her counseling skills to remarkable point. I would 100% recommend her for those who are in need.

I have been her patient since a long time. Whenever there were downs in life, she has been a great support system. Her techniques, her empathetic nature, and her ability to understand the root cause of your issues is appreciable.

It was one year back that I consulted her for counselling sessions when I was going through a rough patch in life. I attended multiple counselling sessions from her and I remember I felt lighter after every single session.

She listened patiently and understood the issues. She also showed me where I was going wrong in a gentle way, considering my unstable situation then. She suggested a few things like writing diary for the questions she gave after each session, I also took some homeopathic medicines from her for time being.

At that time, my relationships were a mess, I wasn't happy with my job and had quit working. I was having sleepless nights, was depressed so much that my brain was over flooded with thoughts. I cried continuously and didn't know why exactly is all of this happening.

After her sessions, in just two month, I got some direction as my overthinking had reduced to a great extent and I was getting clarity. Now, after one year, I feel peaceful and also joined in a good job. My relationships are also improving and now I am emotionally much much stable.

I consulted Dr. Shital for hypnotherapy at 2 levels -

(1) Immediate-term treatment, to address some urgent issues

(2) Long-term absorption of correct self-hypnosis technique so that I can do it independently anytime I need it

Dr. Shital's listening skills are amazing, I guess that's where half the therapy got done for me. During this phase, some things got automatically sorted out in my mind. The remaining things she helped me sort out over a few sessions. Her approach was very caring, supportive and non-judgemental; at the same time emotionally uninvolved in my problems - the exact way a therapist should be.

One of the highlights of Dr. Shital's approach was to enable me to identify the root problem, and then help me keep on digging to reach the underlying psychological structure so that the issue can be fully identified and eliminated. This also helped me learn a bit about this technique so that I can use it in future. Also, she never provided any ready-made solutions for me; they all came from me through her guidance.

Dr. Shital beautifully explained that we are psychologically sensitive to those attributes in other people which are actually within us - these include positive as well as negative attributes. This took some time to sink in, but once that was done, I felt like a new person.

Dr. Shital methodically taught me the correct self-hypnosis technique. For the first time in 47 years of my life, I felt so relaxed and empowered. I am able to use this technique anytime I want and it helps me a lot.

Overall, her inclination was to make me as independent as possible, so that I can handle future issues in a better way all by myself. I really appreciate this.
