I started visiting Dr. Rashmi Ma'am to address concerns related to my patchy skin and open pores. Based on her expert suggestion, I went ahead with the carbon facial treatment. Today was my final session, and I am genuinely happy with the results.There are visible improvements in my skin texture, especially in reducing open pores. My skin feels much smoother, looks more even-toned, and there is a natural glow that was not there before. Rather disappointing considering the experience I had. It began with the receptionists asking me to pay 700 bucks before seeing the doctor; only then I was ‘allowed’ inside.

I made a 90 minute commute to the doctor to have her assistant let me know that she had cancelled the appointment due to ‘unavoidable’ something or other. No courtesy call or message received.
