Dr Nande explained my condition in depth and helped me understand how I need to change my lifestyle to treat my chronic neck pain and scoliosis. She was very helpful and caring, and checked in with me everyday to ensure I was doing okay. Based on my recovery speed and reaction to certain exercises, she would constantly adapt my exercise plan.

Excellent care and treatment the way she makes us to do the exercises are very good. Her behaviour and dedication is praiseworthy. She is very regular and punctual.

I recently visited Dr. Pooja Nande for a cervico-scapular strain in my neck and trapezius muscle. From start to finish, my experience with her was wonderful. First and foremost, she took the time to carefully assess my condition, explained to me, the treatment plan she had in mind and even suggested me a good Orthopedist for a better assessment and faster recovery.I truly appreciate everything she has done for me. Throughout the course of my treatment, she was incredibly supportive, constantly checking-in to ensure that I was comfortable and progressing as expected. She was highly patient with me, answering all of my questions, whether during the session or after. She even helped me manage my pain at home. Dr. Pooja is clearly someone who goes above and beyond for her patients which I truly appreciate. Her punctilious approach to my condition and the meticulous course of treatment she devised for me has had a remarkable impact on my recovery. I visited her for therapy after ligament tear.

She is very friendly.I use to be in lot of mental stress because of the pain but she handled this not only professionally but personally as well. She would motivate me, always tell that we will have to work together and would never let me give up. She would personally message me to inquire the status of my pain. The way she treats the patients is really very unique and it helps the patient be strong mentally, which is very necessary in cases where it takes a lot of time to cure.

I was seriously worried about numbness in my hands. I thought it was something scary. After my physiotherapy sessions with Dr Nande, my neck pain n back stiffening, numbness in hands just disappeared. It was only 5 sessions I had with her. She has some very impressive exercises to treat body pains. Trust me the exercises she gives are really good. Now I am taking sessions from her for my knee pain and it’s really improving. She explains the underlying causes of these pains in simple and comprehensive manner.

Earlier i had four sessions with another physiotherapist ( I won’t mention his name here), after those sessions my neck pain had increased because he used outdated traction method to stretch my neck. Ugh! It’s a big no no.

Dr Nande used some ultrasound and electrical muscle stimulation after which the pain subsided substantially and slowly disappeared.

She really has very good exercises to strengthen the muscles and relieve the pain.

I had met with Dr.Pooja for my weak core problem. She physically examined my condition and explained the course of action. She paid close attention to me while giving the treatment. She monitored my recovery on daily basis and accordingly added the required exercises. I started feeling relief from the first session of the physiotherapy. She keeps the clinic super clean and sanitizes it regularly. The best part is she values both patient's and her time. She is very punctual about the appointment timings. Patients do not have to go through the pain of waiting time.

Dr. Pooja has been a very supportive and helpful doctor. She understands the issue well and starts with the right treatment immediately. There is never a feeling that you are being forced to take a treatment or particular physio exercises. She is very understanding and patient and has helped me walk better when I was not able to walk normally due to knee and ankle issue.

Having had an ankle issue in April 2022, I was visiting a physio in Kalyani who started to become seemingly rude and unprofessional. Also, her treatment caused me more pain than benefit which is when I found Dr. Pooja and she turned out to be such a fantastic professional who cured me of my injury!

I approached Dr Pooja based on the feedback in Practo. I was suffering from neck stiffness and pain and muscular/ nervous pain in fingers, palm and feet. Was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis and Vitamin B12 deficieny.

She is truly professional and friendly in approach. She treated me with a combination of IFT, ultrasonic physiotherapy and exercises. My pain subsided within couple of days and was comfortable by end of my seven sessions. Frankly, her treatment is a big saviour. I need to now follow her advices and recommended exercises (which she even sent by WhatsApp in detail).
