I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain in my right leg since last 8 months. I was unable to walk even 100 metres. I tried all kinds of treatment like acupuncture, osteopathy, homeopath, physiotherapy and traction yoga. Nothing was working for me until I came across Dr Pooja Nande. She as a physiotherapist understood my issue and within weeks I was able to walk without pain. Infact during my recent trip abroad I could walk 15 to 18 thousand steps everyday.
