I was down with injury in my right scapular region, an injury that I incurred when I was playing cricket. For 8 straight years, I consulted various doctors in cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Valsad but only received temporary relief. For all these years I couldn't play heavy sports like cricket or Volleyball, I couldn't lift much weight and couldn't do activities that could strain my shoulders. I went to orthopedics, to sports doctors, to homeopathy and also to Ayurveda but nothing helped me.
