My experience at the ACME physiotherapy clinic was excellent from start to finish. The physiotherapist Dr. Aparna/Dr. Shabbier/Dr Mohasin conducted a thorough assessment and explained the treatment plan clearly. The exercises and therapy were tailored to my condition, and progress was monitored regularly. The staff was friendly, punctual, and supportive, which made the recovery process smoother. Thanks to their guidance and care, I experienced noticeable relief and improved strength. Highly recommended for quality physiotherapy care.

Dr. Aparna Pradhan gave me good treatment and is a very good doctor. She understands my health problems well and provided proper care during my visit.

I had an severe back ache both at upper and lower back ache due to extensive travelling on Two wheeler and Four wheeler since last so many years due to my nature of Sales Job.

I took 20 sessions including Treatment of Upper and Lower back and feeling now very much relieved I can say 75 percent of my pain and stiffness is very much relaxed.They suggested me excercise specific for back healing which ofcourse we need to follow for long Term results and healing.

I was in much pain on 1st Jan'2020. I called Dr. Aparna , though the clinic was closed, she heard I am in much pain and she made her availability even on that day. She explained complete problem and gave treatment timeline. I had chronic pain and I had no confidence that it would ever go. Dr. in each visit would encourage me and used to say I will remove complete pain and cure it from root. She and her team worked so hard on me that I cannot describe in words. My healing started as well I gained confidence. I started trusting her blindly as I was so relieved in a months span. Each visit carried same importance as if I was the new patient visiting 1st day. The environment in the clinic is clean , friendly and they are compassionate towards patients and will bring you at ease at any cost. Dr. Aparna has been my best choice and I owe lots of gratitude towards her for treating me so so well. I am thankful from the core of my heart. If every Doctor adopts such attitude, patients will be at bliss in getting cured. She is highly recommended for pain relief , go with blind eye, trust her and follow her strictly, if she says she will cure you, she will definitely do that at any cost. Extremely Disappointed * ************** * Dismissive ApproachI had a deeply disappointing experience at this clinic, especially under Dr. Aparna's care. From day one, she seemed more interested in giving lectures than actually listening to her patients. Visited the clinic as I was suffering from niggling ankle injury for over 7months. I was treated by Dr. Fatima under the guidance of Dr. Aparna. Both the doctors provided me explanation of my situation and also provided a detailed treatment plan. Dr. Fatima always asks patients how they are and welcomes with a smile and makes everyone feel comfortable. Over the course of my treatment, not only was my ankle injury taken care of but also my balancing and overall strengthening was improved. I am now able to play badminton and also go on treks thanks to the treatment. Without the overall improvement of the legs, I don't think I would have been able to play or trek. The best part is that I am more comfortable in walking, previously I would have balance issues but that is also now rectified. The clinic has all the necessary equipments to assist the patient for treatment. My experience has been very good as I am able to do the things I love to do. They also provided me with the plan to strengthen all the required muscles for playing badminton.

I had an acute shoulder pain on left side which was triggered due to neck movements. This pain started radiating to my left hand. I had already visited another clinic before consulting Dr. Aparna which I felt was mostly monetary and not focused towards providing the best treatment.Initially it took 4-5 days to exactly diagnose my problem and I was somewhat losing hope but Dr. Aparna exactly knew what the problem is and assured me that the pain will 100% go away.She has a range of treatment which she used i.e. Matrix, ultrasound, dry needling, traction, IFT and after approximately 8th sitting my pain started vanishing to my surprise. She had told me that these therapies need to be applied for a certain period of time along with exercises and it worked.The only thing that I find worth changing in physiotherapy in general is that the treatment packages should assure cure of the problem and if the patient still is not cured within defined package period then he should be provided extra sittings without charge for a week. For other patient's benefit- The treatment package for me was Rs. 4900 for 7 sittings.

Just recovering from knee injury while playing soccer, As I was suffering from a knee injury for over the past couple of weeks. Dr. Fatima examined my knee injury, elucidated my situation and also provided a detailed treatment plan for 7 days. First instance, I never thought that I would recover in 7 days as I suffer the ACL partial tear in 2013, which took almost more than 2 Years to recover. So i was skeptical whether, I would recuperate in next 7 days, however, Dr. Fatima was confident it is a minor muscle pull, so it will take only 7 days to back to normal. And I could see everyday progress with treatment and one good thing is she does not stick to one paradigm set of exercise. If the pain does not improvement she will amend the treatment. She has always concerned about patients' pain and genuine about recovering the patience. Over the course of my treatment, not only my knee injury was taken care of but also my arch (of my feet ) was improve. I am now able to move swiftly and thanks to the treatment.. The best part is that I am more comfortable in walking, previously he would pain and had unsteadiness issues but that is also now rectified. The clinic has all the modern equipment to assist the patient for treatment. My experience has been very good as I am able to do the things I love to do. I had a very good experience at ACME, Physiotherapy centre established at Viman nagar & Kalyani Nagar in Pune for having special Physio Treatment of my chronic severe back pain which had accidentally occurred in year 2008 due to Slip disc issues in my LS spines. I had got multiple Lumbar spine stenosis in my L1-L2, L4-L5 & L5-S1 spine locations which had been troubling me regularly in performing day-to-day works. Here, Doctors available at ACME, Centre are more competent & more caring who had first diagnosed & analysed my critical issues in detailed and then made a special treatment plan accordingly for 15 days initially. This was further extended for a week on my request for ensuring enough for no recurrence of spinal back-bones issues. I had got specialized treatment using Laser technique on the severely affected parts of my LS spines which was followed next day by Matrix therapy alongwith convention physio-therapy treatments & also stretching/back excercises according to the day-wise scheduled plan. I had been given special Chiro treatment from a very eminent chiropractor on twice occasions first in the beginning of my treatment plan subsequently during last stage of my treatment plan in the end. By this treatment, my spinal back-bones got aligned properly which brought me restored back to my normal position to a great extent. Further, I have been advised to take proper care, precautions & regular back excercises /stretching which has to be maintained as a regular practice. I am very grateful to ACME - Neuro, Spine & Ortho Superspeciality Clinic especially to Dr Aparna Pradhan, Founder & Chief Consultant and her deployed specialized doctors for providing me the best available treatments to me and bringing back myself to my normal physical position which has earlier given hindrances to perform my day-to-day office & routine works smoothly & happily.
