I came here for post operative physiotherapy of my patellar fracture ..I am lucky to be treated by Dr.Anupama Thakur..She knows her subject well and is very patient in answering all your weirdest doubts about recovery process of muscles.She supported me well in all the exercises and routine activities like climbing stairs ,walking correctly , sitting etc which I thought were impossible for me to do after the surgery .I can feel my healing process has improved and I can reach my goal of full recovery soon.

It was an amazing experience. I truely understood the importance of exercise in my life. My leg recovered in the expected time. She not just make us do the expected exercises but also gives tips and tricks to follow on the entire day.

Approachable, friendly and really helpful. The sessions helped me in reducing my pain in my lower back which had inhibited some of my movements. Definitely recommended
