When I first approached Dr. Anjali, I was struggling with a frozen shoulder and De Quervain’s (DQ) tenosynovitis in my wrist. I had already visited a few doctors who assured me that I would get relief, but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I was in so much pain and discomfort that I couldn’t even type, hold a mouse, or write with a pen using my right hand.

That’s when I met Dr. Anjali. She patiently went through my reports, listened to me completely, understood my concerns, and explained how she would approach both my shoulder and wrist with the utmost care. Given the condition of my wrist, she advised icing and complete rest for it, along with a few gentle exercises for my shoulder until my wrist healed. What truly stood out was her thoughtful and careful approach, ensuring that neither issue was aggravated while treating the other.

Despite having a personal situation of her own to deal with, Dr. Anjali still made the time and effort to attend to me, and I will always be grateful for that.

After 17 sessions involving IFT, ultrasound, cupping, and needling, I can confidently say that I am now free of pain in both my wrist and shoulder. While my shoulder mobility has not completely returned and I still need a few more sessions, the improvement has been remarkable. I can now sleep on my side, lift my arm above 90 degrees, and, most importantly, get back to my office work. After the pain and helplessness I experienced, being able to do these simple things again feels like a huge blessing!

A special mention to Pranjali, who is equally dedicated, sincere, and serious about her work. Dr. Anjali is fortunate to have such a committed team supporting her.
