Dr. Alifia Cementwala is very calm, patient, and understanding. Her gentle approach and clear guidance have really helped my recovery.

I had been suffering from back & knee injury pain for almost 6-8 months prior to consulting Dr Alifa maam. During every consultation and treatment, she discussed in details what is diagnosis, what will be next course of treatment and what is overall plan to reach stability. She patiently suggested things i should be taking care during working hours given i work in IT and long sitting hours have been contributing to increased pain. I have recovered pretty significantly from acute pain and with her help have a good knowledge of do’s and dont’s to follow to reach full recovery. I had gone for the treatment of my mother’s arthirits pain.

I had visited Healing touch clinic for the Sanakin therapy.

It really helped my mother to overcome the pain but still she was feeling heaviness in the knee.

We then had gone to Dr. Alifia for the Physiotherapy sessions. One of the best advise which we got from her was that till then the treatment was going on in the knee but now she will focus on the back as it could be one of the reason and that really helped.

She is soft spoken , polite and always keen to listen to patients problem.

She also showed exercises and asked to show as well so that we do them correctly.

These were really effective and my mother is feeling a lot better now. I also recommended one of my uncle that time and he is also really happy with the exercise, treatment and the way she explained .

I had a fabulous experience with Dr Alifia Cementwala. I was suffering from a cervical herniated disc with severe pain running from the back of my neck to the complete right arm through the right shoulders.

Visited Healing Touch hospital, in the month of Jan and availing of her services since then. Dr Alifia is soft-spoken, polite and always keen to listen to the patient's concerns. I have undergone multiple physiotherapy sessions and advised a combination of a few exercises. Dr. Is very calm and polite and explained the issue very well and than showed me the exercise and asked me if I have any more questions. She also replied on what’s app which I really liked.

When I visited for the first time, it was too much of a pain. Mam very accurately identified the cause and helped me with the small but very effective exercises. To my surprise, the therapy reduced 70% of the pain in a week, and 90% in two weeks time. I am towards full recovery after 4 weeks of therapy now.

Dr. Cementwala is an excellent physiotherapist who understood my injury well and explained to me the remedial actions in detail. She ** ***** ****** *** understands your pain, troubles and help with planned and targetted exercise. breaking down whole plan into smaller sets for each individual muscles. Will update more once my course is complete. Till now saw much benefit. I am taking therapy for ACL injury, post surgery.

Consulted Dr. Alifia for my daughters shoulder & neck pain. The exercises to be done were explained very much in detail & demonstrated in a quite simple manner. Also she suggested some cost effective home based ideas to do few of those stretching exercises. The pain has reduced quite a lot.
