I had been suffering from back & knee injury pain for almost 6-8 months prior to consulting Dr Alifa maam. During every consultation and treatment, she discussed in details what is diagnosis, what will be next course of treatment and what is overall plan to reach stability. She patiently suggested things i should be taking care during working hours given i work in IT and long sitting hours have been contributing to increased pain.
