I had a brachial plexus injury which rendered my right arm paralysed due to a motorcycle accident. I lost motion in my deltoid, my bicep and my trapezius. In addition, I had lost rotor mobility as well, both the elbow as well as the shoulder. While I had lost all hope, I was put through a series of strenuous exercises daily for over a year which helped me regain my motion that not only helped me drive again, but also ride again.

Crissy’s persistence and consistent motivation are beyond encouragement that drove me to work harder which helped me not only regain my mobility, but helped me correct my posture, heal my consistent lower back ache and other nuances that I had no clue was an issue due to my incorrect use of incorrect muscles for daily movement.

While helping me regain my mobility, she was able to accurately diagnose other aspects that created other pains which I took for granted where she helped me use the correct muscles for usual mobility and avoid any further pains.

Crissy is someone whom I call the Queen of Sheeba as if it hadn’t been for her persistence and teachings, I would have been a part paraplegic. I continue to recommend her abilities to everyone I come across who have aches and pains as she is a true miracle worker!
