I was suffering from lower back pain for quite some time and a specialist doctor advised me to take a physiotherapy. I visited Alpha Hospital and met Dr Charmi Desai. I explained her all my problem and after through examination, she advised me of a ten days treatment plan. I found her very friendly *** ************** She taught me wide range of exercises for various parts of back covering entire spine. She was very accomdative as well because I use to be quite late for the appointment , sometime even reaching around clinic closure time. She was always happy to help. I completed nine sessions and could not take length session due to some other priorities. However, my lower back pain has completely settled by her treatment. All exercises given by her are part of my daily work out now.

Hello,

I met with an accident on 6th of October and my left hand got fractured. I had undergone a major surgery and after 15 days of my surgery Doctor has advised me for Physiotherapy. I was looking for a good Physiotherapist nearby my area and luckily my search came to an end. One of my friend has given me the reference of Dr.Charmi. It’s almost 1 and half month i m going to her for physiotherapy.

Dr.Charmi is a very good Physiotherapist. She always motivates her patients. She is very polite and give her 100 % to her patients. If anyone of you are looking for a good Physiotherapist then I must say that go to Dr.Charmi, Alpha Hospital in Wakad.

Dr. Charmi Desai is experienced *** ************** She used different techniques and exercises during my physiotherapy for knee pain, which relieved my pain and helped me walk comfortably. I highly recommend her.

1. The doc is so friendly n polite.

2. I was explained about my problem n diagnosis in detail even answered my additional queries.

3. Yes, the treatment m getting is actually helpful for my problem n getting recovered by the treatment.

Whatever treatments are being provided to the patients are very useful n satisfied for their problems.

But I would request your team to just reduce the fees. Coz the treatment is so gud n useful to continue. If the problem of any patient is such like he/she needs more treatment for longer,cthen its not affordable like in my case. So, my humble request is to reduce the fees.

I had lower back pain and directly consulted Charmie mam, who suggested me to go for physiotherapy. The overall behaviour of Charmie mam was good. Initially I felt relieved through physiotherapy but after 3,4 visits my pain increased. So she asked me to consult the orthopedist doctor at the same place. That doctor prescribed me a 5-day dose of pain killer in the name of muscle relaxant and he also did not clearly mention about whether to take all tablets after lunch/dinner or before it. I took all the medication after lunch/dinner because of which after 2 days I developed stomachache ​and loose motions which I realised after 4 days.

I continued physiotherapy but my condition didn't improve. So, my overall experience was not good with Alpha hospital, it was ok with Charmie mam and I decided to change the doctor.

I was suffering from ankle pain. My both ankles were swollen and was not able to walk at all.Dr diagnosed its an arthritis. Than I start physiotherapy with Dr charmi. She explained me my problem in detail and suggest me ****** treatment plan.and gave me proper 1hour therapy session. Also exercise, home remedies,precaution and changes in lifestyle.. After completing my 10 sitting my swelling is gone and I m walking perfectly fine. Still m taking treatment and looking forwards to more improvements. Dr charmi is very polite and dedicated to her work. M happy to having treatment with her and surely recommend to others.. Thank you.

Dr. Charmi is really charming in nature. She is very gentle and calm and friendly. She explains the problem very well and does the physiotherapy so gently that you start feeling the difference from the very first day. She also builds the confidence in you. I had visited her for my ankle ligament and tendon injury and I underwent physiotherapy for almost 20 days. I thank her for her great support throughout my treatment. Though the charges are bit high , I strongly recommend her for physiotherapy.
