Ms. Brinda Bedi

I had been struggling with depression and anxiety since my adolescence, and meeting Brinda Bedi, an incredible counselling psychologist, has been a turning point in my life. She has a warm, non-judgmental, and deeply empathetic approach that made me feel understood and safe right from the beginning.

Through her guidance, I’ve been able to see things from a different perspective and start reconnecting with myself in ways I never thought possible. I still have a long way to go to heal, but with her guidance, I’ve already come a long way and feel hopeful about the journey ahead.

I highly recommend anyone seeking emotional or mental well-being to visit Brinda Bedi and give themselves the chance to experience at least 5–10 sessions before drawing any conclusion her expertise and dedication truly make a difference.

Ms Brinda knows her job well. She takes time to listen to you, to analyze your issues and then suggests what should you do. I liked her approach to address my issues.

Avoid this medical professional. They would recommend tests that are not needed, are extremely non-empathetic and do not have sufficient experience. Do yourself a favour and avoid visiting them. Inaccurate results as well!

She genuinely tries to emphasize with your problems and never judges you, she's great at her job and always does her best to help you without ever being condescending.
