During my 3rd month of pregnancy, my lower back pain (sacrollic joint pain) has started. I consulted my Dr, she insisted me to join the welcome motherhood program. I felt it as waste of money at the beginning, but my husband wants me to join this program. But at last i found its worth for the money. First day when I met Dr. Bhairavi pawar, she was so welcoming and she taught some relaxing techniques and simple yoga to strengthen my joints. Also she was explaining the full cycle of pregnancy - how baby is growing every month, what are the things we should do and don't during pregnancy. Also the baby care and post pregnancy things to do. One of the main advantage is, your husband will be there with you for all the session, hence he can also get to know about the mood swings during the pregnancy which will help the couple to maintain their relationship well. Also Dr. will teach some massage techniques to the husbands to do for their wife and their baby, which will increase the bond between father and the baby. For ladies the most enjoyable part. Even though she insisted me to do all the exercises I was not doing the full stretches during the 6 week program because I felt the back pain problem and pain near leg hip joint during the stretches, so I feared if I did anything wrong it might affect my baby. So every week I used to ask Dr. Bhairavi, while doing this I m having pain here and there. She will politely explain me every time that my joints are week and I should continuously do all the exercise to get rid of the pain. After doing the exercises continuously I could feel the pain is drastically decreasing. If u are having late pregnancy, I would strongly suggest to consult Dr.Bhairavi for pregnancy related exercises and doubts. If u really want to be strong both mentally and physically u can consult her once. Also one of the main advantage with Dr. Bhairavi is u can contact her at any time even after the classes are over.

My mother was struggling for quite many years with shoulder, knee and hip pain. This also resulted in hypertension. She had used many medications, consulted orthopedic and cardiologist in Vizag and Mumbai with not much relief. When we shifted to Pune, we saw B positive clinic next to our society, we just wanted to give it a try. When we entered the single room clinic, with one bed, few equipments, few exercising tools I felt more doubtful if it can be any useful for us. All my doubts were clarified when Dr. Bhairavi Pawar started her diagnosis and was able to identify the exact points and body movements at which my mother is getting pain. She clearly advised that no medication will be prescribed and only through regular exercises and massaging techniques the pain can be relieved. 10 days of an hourly visit has done the magic. Dr.Bhairavi is an excellent doctor who seemed to have good experience with patience with similiar problem that of mine. I had lower back pain that use to spread to my right leg at times, which use to get worse at night. This basically is due to bad posture and weak muscles surrounding bones in back. The physio therapy sessions helped a lot and within a span of 2 weeks, the pain is minimised. The session also concentrated on exercises that will help to strengthen the muscles around the area where pain occurred to prevent future recurrence of the pain.

On top of all this, doctor is very friendly, encouraging and kind enough to arrage session as I had a busy schedule when I had this back pain.

Since last 1 year there was problem of upper back and neck pain. That was so recursive that some times it freezed with acute pain. Dr Bhairavi Pawar has helped analysis of root cause and suggested simple exercises to come out of problem. Now I am back to life and can also do my heavy weight lifting execises without any pain and botheration.

After treatment course also she sends online tips to take care of pains and other cares and awareness of precaution which helps me.

Dr. Bhairavi is very friendly and positive. I first visited her in Jan 2020 for Neck pain due to stiffness and spasm. The treatment continued for 2 weeks. Doctor explained the issue and required treatment in simple words. I had to undergo dry needling process as the pain did not reduce much after few days of treatment. She made me comfortable for the same (by explaining why it's must) as I wasn't mentally prepared for it. After that, pain was gone and i could feel much better. She did advise of some basic and advance exercises to be continued in order to strengthen the neck muscles and not to get into same issues again. The best part of her is she is very cool, positive and energetic. Thank you Dr. for all help and support.

I wish to thank you for the physiotherapy lessons given by you after my T K R's of both the knees with a gap of five years.

In both the cases you gave excellent coaching and helped in doing all the exercises with great patience. I know, after TKR surgery the pain is severe and the exercises are very tiring but helpful. Your patient, systematic approch with care resulted in steady improvement. This gave confidence to walk, climb steps without walking stick in a span of one month. Today, I am able to take morning without much pain.
