The doctor's treatment was very precise. In fact she ensured that she called the surgeon who had operated on me to ensure that the exact treatment and physio treatment could be given to me. The strengthening exercise which was given during the treatment helped to speed up the recovery quite a bit. Good and follow up were asked for only as much as required. Thanks.

While I used words like please and thank you she felt she deserved a lot more respect due to her profession. She then got really angry and called us people without etiquettes and education. She said we should undergo discomfort by waiting at hospitals to get treated.
Now after the care she showed, i am not sure if she wanted my barely mobile mother in law with Urinary and Stool incontinence to wait at the hospital because "we" deserved it. Maybe she felt for her own reasons that someone from my family was rude and may be she is a good physiotherapist, may be she is a great human being but she needs to manage her anger better. There are a number of doctors but the right attitude matters!
