I was having serious neck stifness and the pain was reaching to my whole shoulder nd hands but when I went to Dr Anuja she acuratelly diagnosed the root problem and I took 10 days therapy in which I learns some exercise and treatment from doctor that gave me huge relief in 10 days,i would highly recommend her for phsyotherapy.

Without visiting her clinic, she helped me to recover twice -
Incident 1 - For the last 3-4 months I was suffering from my shoulder injury. I had visited 3 Physiotherapists but no one helped me to recover completely. Luckily I workout in the same gym where Dr. Anuj do. So one day I told her about my injury. She told me 2 stretches. However I was doing those but not the way she told me to. After 1 week , my pain was gone.
Incident 2 - 4 days back while doing deadlift, I was injured. I called her and she told me 1 stretch and told me to use a hot pack instead of cold pack(I was using this). Result - in 3 days I am fine.
