Through a combination of manual therapies, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations, by Dr. Abinas with respect to my body need. It not only worked on relieving the immediate pain but also focused on preventing its recurrence. It is through her tireless efforts and unwavering commitment that I have come into routine of exercising and sports for healing from my trapezius pain.

Dr.Abinas ,I thank you for being a true shoulder to lean on when I was struggling with my neck and shoulder pain and was worried about my work whether I will be able to do it or not. Thankyou for showing me the hope to recover .

Dr Abinas is very patient and understanding , on my first visit itself she made me feel like I am at the right place. I'm saying this because I visited other physiotherapists before I found her.

She gave me undivided time and attention during my sessions , diagnosed my condition properly before starting any therapy. She explained the root cause of my problem, gave me simple but very effective exercises which helped me recover.

Now I am in a state were I know what exercises I need to do, if I feel even slightest discomfort. She definitely gave me a long term solution, I highly recommend her!

Dr. Sudan is very kind and answers my questions very patiently. Her treatment has helped in the pain reduction that I was suffering from for more than two years. If one exercise doesn't work, she offers plenty of alternatives to choose from that helps in pain reduction. The overall environment is very relaxed, putting me at ease to practice the physical exercises and discuss my overall health concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr Abinas is a very competent therapist who gives detailed explanation if the reasons of the ailment, tries new excercises , ensures you excercise daily and looks towards a long term treatment of the pains . I am under post spinal cord surgery rehabilitation and her patience and positivity towards regaining 100% pre surgery conditions is very much appreciated.
