I was recommended by other doctor to meet Dr Rajendra Pujari for GERD with Hiatal hernia. On day of consultation, he just checked the Dr reference note and immediately recommended me for Esophageal manometry very next day at 11 AM. He didn't even bothered to go through my entire report. I felt like I was just called for consultation ** **** **** *** ****** *** ** ****** *** ********** Also, they asked me to get covid anitgen test done which I believed could be easily communicated over the call. *** ******** ************************ *** *** ******** ** ****** ****** ** *********

The next day I arrived at 11 AM. They checked my BP, weight and height which took only 5 minutes. Around 11.10 AM they asked me to sit and wait. I waited till 12 PM and the doctor was still not arrived at hospital.

Upon asking the receptionist they said the doctor might come at 12.15 PM. On this, I asked then that why I was called at 11 AM when doctor was suppose to come at 12 PM? They said usually patients are 30 to 40 minutes late and this explanation doesn't make any sense to me. Why I am being compared to other patient?

The doctor finally arrived and I was sent inside the OR for the procedure. The doctor looked in hurry and with no greetings or intro he said "so jao". I told doctor that why I was called at 11 AM when doctor timing starts from 12 PM. In response, he told me that machine takes 1 hour to setup. Although my presence was absolutely not required for machine to setup but then he said why will I come at 11 when procedure starts at 12. Again I asked him then why I was called at 11 when procedure starts at 12? In response he said and I quote "tumko karwana hai toh karwao else get out".

I was in sever abdominal pain when I visited the dr....but the dr is extremely harsh to talk very rude in handling doesn't respect the patient age too....iam 70yrs old

He did my colonyscopy which was done in a very painful manner....

Dr did not bother to listen to my symptoms....he is extremely rude **** ****** and doesn't care for his patients...

Extremely unhappy 🙁 with this dr.....

Will never ever recommend him to anybody .

Bad experience to visit him

Had visited for fibroscan which was a good experience. Got multiple follow up calls to confirm appt. Test happened swiftly. Saw the doctor in the clinic and wanted to consult. Was asked to pay consulting fees and was later told to come back in eve since doc left for emergency. I requested for fee refund. Was asked to consult a skin specialist, doctor's wife instead who would explain the report which I refused and the doctor made a come back within 5 mins. Refused to see med reports on mobile and asked to come back again in eve and scratched a prescription without explanation to what it is for etc. I am sure the Doctor is good, but zero empathy, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward patients time. The clinic seem nice though for tests etc.
