** ** **** **** ******** we visited almost a year and half back for my brother’s treatment. It was accident case and he took care of it very nicely and he suggested to not opt for finger amputation as suggested by previous doctor in different hospital.
I am.not from Pune but my daughter stays there. She had been suffering from excruciating pain on her right thumb for months. The xray did not reveal any bone injury nor did any medication help her. I took her to Dr Warid Altaf who suggested an MRI and the cause of the pain could be detected. His clarity of thought and prompt diagnosis came as a relief. Also the way he explained the problems in layman's term was commendable. He has agreed to do the required surgery shortly. Best wishes to him.
