He has completed his training under the most acclaimed Pulmonologist and known faces of Respiratory Medicine both all over world and India.He did his MBBS from the most prestigious Government Medical College Nagpur and post-graduation [MD] in Respiratory Medicine from the one of the best medical college in India, Grant Government Medical College and Sir JJ group of Hospitals Mumbai. He was honored as best resident doctor during his post graduate tenure. He is proficient in all disciplines of Respiratory Medicine and has a wide experience working in various academic institutions of repute and has wide exposure in managing Asthma & Allergy, Obstructive Lung Diseases, Interstitial and inflammatory Lung Diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension, Occupational Lung Diseases, Air pollution related respiratory disorders, Tuberculosis, Respiratory infections like Pneumonias, Lung Cancers, Sleep disorders and respiratory emergencies.His strengths include being meticulous, diligent and academic. Earlier he was Associate Professor at BJ Government Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital Pune for 11 years. He was awarded as Covid Warrior by Government of Maharashtra for his services during COVID-19 Pandemic.He is passionate about teaching and is an avid researcher and academician in the field of Pulmonology & Interventional Pulmonology with many research papers to his credits published/presented in national & international conferences.
