Inspite of this lockdown , the service is easily available with all safety measures. The staff is very much supportive and utmost alert on each patients need. I observed that there was one elderly uncle who was struggling to understand the prescribed medicine .......immediately at the helpdesk .....the staff took an initiative of explaining in local language and marked on the prescibed box how and when to take.
