Their approach—mainly cognitive-behavioral therapy—has helped me better understand my thought patterns and develop healthier coping skills. I am truly grateful for the support I have received from Dr. Usha. From the very first session, she created a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space that allowed me to open up and share freely, which has made a significant difference in my well-being.

Usha ma'am is very empathetic and a very patient listener as she really tries to know everything in detail.I've been taking her sessions and from the first session, I've started feeling much better in myself. Her statements worked like wonders to me as she was able to catch the reality. She's very humble and understanding and tries very hard to help her clients. I'm really grateful to her, even she could see the change in me after the first session and was very happy with the progress.

Usha maam is extremely competent and handled my troubled teenage childs case adeptly. She has an excellent grip on the challenges faced by teenagers. After having worked with 5-6 top therapists in pune without any success, finally it was Usha maam who was able to get across to my child the most. Her assessment of situations and understanding of adults (parents) is spot on. She is compassionate but firm and totally dedicated to her profession. We paid the amount because we were seeking quality and a good service.
