I visited Dr. Smita for general checkup as I was not feeling well. After checking she diagoned hign BP which i was ignoring from a long time. she advised me medicine and few general tests. She made me so confortable that i discussed other health issues as well. She listens to the patient very patiently and explains every detail. She is friendly and professional at the same time. My mind is at peace after talking to her and am relaxed and happy to know a good doctor in my area.

Rather disappointing experience as I not only had to wait for her to come online but even during the call she was busy doing her household chores rather than pay attention. She seemed in a hurry too and hardly let me complete my sentences. It didn't feel like I was being heard and obviously no value for what I paid. **** **************

It was like going in circles watching mirages in a desert to detect the root cause of the illness. However, once I reached Dr. Smita Das, her diagnosis and prescriptions helped me detect and cure the illness resulting in finally finding my oasis of relief.

Dr. Smita is a wonderful human being. From the first visit itself, she has been there to guide appropriately about the illness and handle every specification. She will follow up with all her patients over texts and messages and will leave no room to complain to check patients progress and recovery.

She was very patient in listening to issues.She not only focussed on my current health issues ,tried to probe more to understand any past history and family medical history which helps her to prescribe right set of medicine.Doesnt give unnecessary medicines and antibiotics.Helped me addressing my other issues which could impact my health. She was very patient and attentive to what I had to say about my uneasiness and ailment. Accordingly taking me into confidence she dug deep into the issue and conducted her own analysis and assured me of a good resolution to it. She showed immediate concern and followed up till she could come to a sufficient prognosis and gave me medicines and asked to follow up after the course of the medicines.

She treated me for Covid combined with UTI. She was very clear on course of action. She herself checked on me within 2 days if I failed to connect. Very thorough and very friendly.
