I saw a couple of therapist before visiting Dr. Smita Gandhale. One gem of a person she is. I was unable to perform leg workouts due to the pain. She exactly knew which muscle to treat at the earliest. She fixed my hamstring pain in a week or two. I also had knee issues for which she treated it with utmost care. I can now perform static leg exercises after the treatment. She assured me that I'll start with dynamic workouts very soon. Her consultation is on point. Would recommend her any day. Thank you for fixing my hamstring, deep tissue and the knew stiffness.
