Thanks for ur valuable review...please mention your name asi dont remember you... addressing ur first concern about pricing...before starting the counseling session I make it crystal clear about the consultation charges is based on the time consumed by the patient that is what you see/book on practo is 1500rs per 30min slot/session...n it's for individual counseling on weekdays...it's different for marriage/couple counseling on weekends....you expect doctors to work on Saturday n Sundays too but has issues in paying them for their valuable time ...patients sit in front of us for hours together so do u expect us to charge you for only one session?. When you visit any allopathic doctor in their clinic or hospital, you pay their consultation charges (500rs-2000rs) n then go in n he/ she sees u for 5min ...n in 2-3 hrs a specialist sees 30-40 patients n earns good income. So we charge according to time... once the second session starts even if you have consumed 10-15min the second session charges are applied...hope I had made it clear that day also. There is no paragraph space in the practo platform in the fees column to mention different rates for different therapies n week days , got holidays n weekends.. Coming to professionalism, I don't prefer sitting in 8/8 cabin n working for hrs together leaking my small kids at home when they r not well... psychology set up is always with a comfortable couch with good ventilated room with appropriate lights n indoor plants...it's not a general clinic... Coming to treatment part...you would have cleared your doubts if you had any after the session I would have cleared them...we offer suitable treatment for the clients accordingly...in ur case if you would work on ur perception and lifestyle habbits things will fall in place...a counsellor will only show you path, you have to walk on it.... I hope I have cleared ur doubts.
