Sometime doctors diagnose Medical condition looking at the medical report values. But they fail to understand the lifestyle impact and maybe higher values are normal for that particular lifestyle. Shruti understood that very well and prescribed her treatment.

I contact Dr. Shruti for a consultation about my son's health who was suffering with fever and cough. She listened to the problem patiently and explain the treatment well. Clear prescription was provided immediately. My son health is in better condition after 2 days as she rightly explained in during the discussion.

I strongly recommend her for the general consultations.

I consulted her for my fever, throat infection, ulcers. I followed her prescription religiously.

Since I was facing persistent issue of high grade fever despite taking her suggested treatment, I took CBC test on my own for clearing doubts.

I requested her to share her advise on the reports and I got the reply:

consulted this doctor and she was in a hurry to end the consultation. fast shared the prescription, ***** **** * ********* ******* ****** *** ** **** **** ** * ******* *** ***** **** ** *** ********* ****** ***** I asked few followup questions and no response received from the doctor. When I complained through help section, she replied a mere 'ok'. As response to my questions. Will not recommend this doctor at all.

**** ******** *** ******** ******* I had an absolutely awful xperience with her.She would recommend N no. of medicines and tests on her consultation and wouldn't bother to look at tha patient queries on follow-ups. Even if she responds, it would be in One words, 3 words max. *** ** ** **** ** ******** Absolutely not recommended.

I consulted the doctor through Practo. First of all she was too late to respond on Practo. Secondly, though I preferred to have a video call, I got a phone call I response.
