I got my Laparoscopic surgery for Gall Bladder stone removal done from Dr. Shashank. He regularly communicated with me, guided me really well, clarified all my queries before the surgery & gave me the required confidence that everything is going to be fine. He is a thorough professional, expert in his field, communicates clearly and in a friendly way. The surgery went smooth and I got discharged the very next day. He clearly informed me about the precautions to be taken post-surgery and very calmly clarified myths that me and my family had :) .. I am recovering well and overall had a great experience with him. During recovery phase also, he clarified my queries and guided me really well. I highly recommend him. Thanks a ton Doctor Shashank for everything !! :)

I was suffering from fissure and piles since 7-8 months. The symptoms included difficultly and pain sitting still. I had gone through many emergency situations both in India and USA before visiting Dr Shashank. Dr Shashank has really great communication skills as immediately he explain me the causes of my suffering is due to constipation and how using simple dietary changes I can reduce it. On assessing me he also realized the situation is severe and recommended me laser surgery.

It was a 1 day procedure and his team was super efficient in their work. From start to finish I was explained what the procedure will be and all details regarding it. It was a painless procedure. Recovery took 4 days but I was in constant touch with Dr Shashank who was available via messaging for any instant communication or guidance. Total surgery took 1 day and 4 days for complete recovery. I could also travel and start light exercises in 4 days. Doctor provided clear post treatment instructions and also gave me a fit-to-fly certificate which was important for me as I work abroad.

Overall performance was amazing. I would rate 9 out of 10. I feel confident and comfortable during the care provided to me. Surgery was successful and I feel completely recovered now. I would definitely recommend for others. Thank you to Dr Shashank and Practo team!

I am extremely happy with my experience with Practo care surgeries and Dr.Shashank. Dr. Shashank timely diagnosis and expertiese with surgery is really impressive. He is very patient and takes time to clear patient's doubts. The hospital staff and the support staff were so supportive in dealing with nervousness and anxiety of the patient about the surgery. After the surgery the patient was fully satisfied and experienced minimal pain and recovered within 24 hours. Practo care representatives and support staff Ms.Roopa and Mr.Prasad were attentive and helpful. All the formalities such as billing and insurance claim were managed effortlessly.
