My name is Sandip Ravindra, and I am a Clinical Psychologist. In my practice, I counsel adults, couples and youths. Years ago I was diagnosed with BPD, I have been in therapy for years with a lot of improvement but it was also a lot of years that went into it. When I contacted Dr. Sandip, I was struggling really hard with my relationship issues and been struggling with suicidal thoughts (covid isolation had made it worse for me). I have a habit of asking too many questions and Dr. Sandip was patient enough to clarify all my doubts and he would explain in the way I would understand (which is rare for me). To me he has not just been a therapist but also a philosopher, guide and a mentor. I think I was very lucky to find him when I did. Few months later, my suicidal thoughts are gone, I’m more at peace with what is, I’ve become more focused on myself than what others think, I have better relationships with my friends and family. And the best part of it all is he helped me learn how to get answers from within me and how to rely on myself when there is a difficult situation. In my opinion that’s what true independence is.
