I had severe diarrhea since early morning. I was very worried as i was losing upon too much of body fluids. So i searched doctors near by me and found Doctor Sachin Gujar on practo. I called clinic and as promised doctor was in the clinic on time. Doctor is very calm and he listens to your problems with attention. Doctor checked me in detail and diagnosis was food poisoning. He gave me confidence that i will be absolutely fine and nothing to worry about. Doctor prescribed me course of medicines including antibiotics and i started felling better in 2nd does of medicines itself.
Doctor himself asked me for my condition on 2nd day morning.

I am Corona positive, and I am very happy consulting with Doctor Sachin Gujjar , he was very polite and had the patience to listen to everything I had to say , all medicine prescribed by him was good and I am in day 8th and I am feeling good and better .
The only problem is I want to talk to the same doctor again regarding continuing any medication and I am unable to do so , I have been asked to again consult another doctor when the case was taken by Dr Gujjar and medicines prescribed *** ****** why would I want to take another consultation and again explain all over again .
I have consulted Dr Sachin for viral infection which turned out to be covid infection. Dr, Sachin is very supportive, soft-spoken, he answered all my queries even after online consultation completed. He guided me very well to overcome covid infection. I really recommend Dr Sachin to all.
