Dt Rupali’s diet helped me control my high cholesterol. I was dependent on medicines and tried to control with good diet and excercise on my own but was unsuccessful. This diet helped me reduce tryglyceride from 260 to 150.

I had high cholesterol problem and i was over weight.after taking and following the diet plan given by Dr. , I see changes in my body and started loosing fat. Before taking diet plan I had tried eating less calories and going gym for muscle building but unable to reduce fat but after taking diet from the Dr. I had started loosing fat and gained strength as well.
She has given me diet plan for fasting as well (for Ramadan).
She is available and create diet plan accordingly.
