I am writing this review after today's follow up after 3 years from the day of surgery almost. My father went for complete teeth replacements at Dr Ratnika’s Smile Up Dental Clinic & Implant Center and we are very happy with the outcome and the post treatment care and results. Till date we didn't had to go with any issues and journey has been so pleasant. Now I am. Undergoing treatment for my mother and the experience is equally satisfactory.

The doctor was good and the clinic was good. The cost was too expensive. The consultation was fast. I would recommend Dr. Ratnika Agarwal. She is very good and well-trained.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ratnika. My niece recently underwent a root canal treatment (RCT) along with two dental crowns, and the entire treatment was completed smoothly over 4–5 sittings.

We received timely appointment confirmations and reminders, which made the whole process very convenient and well-organized. Dr. Ratnika was extremely patient, explained every step clearly, and ensured my niece was comfortable throughout the treatment.

The clinic is very clean, and the staff is supportive and professional. The results are excellent—she is now completely pain-free and very happy with her smile.

Overall experience as below:

1. Clinic is at a good and convenient location.

2. Clinic aesthetic is clean and layout is also good.

3. I booked the consulting appointment by Practo and it Dr was on Schedule. Thereafter there were as many as 6+ appointment which were all on time attended by the Doctor. *** ********** ****** ******* *** **** *** ********* ********* ** *** ******* *** she gives proper advise and guidance on patients treatment and also on preventive care to be taken in day to day life.

5. Treatment taken was pain-free under excellent hygienic conditions.

6.Payments options are also available from Paytm to Card payments thereby supporting Digital Payment world.

6. Only drawback which I found is that even the attitude and professionalism was shown by doctor... There was the same trend of patient being confused for other not so priority treatments. I am writing this because I come from doctors family background and am aware of this trick which has become normal trend in real world.

7. I also find the charges being inflated.... But it is well advised before starting treatment and depends on patient to continue.... I continued with the same as I don't wanted to change the doctor.

8. Only suggestion, I would have is that not all patients are of the same financial class, but should not be deviod of treatment just because of monetary terms.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Ratnika's Smile Up Dental Clinic. I visited for my wife's dental checkup, and after a brief consultation, they suggested a Re-RCT procedure and assured us that extraction and implant surgery were not necessary.
