since i had been to the clinic directly from my work..which is in ibm, phursungi i was naturally late.. i called 2 times prior visiting the clinic.. if i could avail my followup.. as i was told yes.. i went to the clinic..there the lady at the reception was rude.. also the doctor ,dr. Rajeshwari to whom she sent me was rude.I had been there to meet doctor deepali.. as she was not present i left the clinic without any consultation.
A few staff members and the doctor should be told to be a little empathatic to the patients situation and deal the situation.
