Dr. Rajeev Nambiar

We visited Dr Nambiar for my spondilytis and wife's ovarian cyst, urticeria treatment. Dr Nambiar is very friendly, humble and approachable. He has over 25 plus years of experience in ayurveda.My wife was supposed to be operated for ovarian cyst earlier that's when we took a second opinion from Sir and he started with the medication and both Ovarian cyst and urticeria were solved.I was in pain and couldn't work because of the spondylitis and underwent a 14 days therapy, it's been 3 years now and the problem hasn't resurfaced.Sir always has the time to talk to his patients and is just one message away. He has been kind enough to talk to us over the phone and get our queries answered.I would recommend Dr Nambiar if you're looking for an efficient, experienced and an approachable ayurvedic doctor in Pune.

I am 31 yrs old, female. I got left knee pain which started in Sept 2023, after various tests and investigations, in X-ray and MRI I got diagnosed with osteonecrosis of left knee, for which I consulted an allopathy doctor and was on daily Inj Teriparatide, Tab aspirin and painkillers (when required). Initially I got little pain relief but somewhere around late Jan 2024 my condition again started detoriating. I was not able to walk, I was limping, could not climb stairs, I could not continue with daily routine activities. The allopathy doctor changed my treatment plan and suggested me to undergo surgery with partial knee replacement if I do not get relief. I got little relief with pain with the treatment but I still could not continue my daily activities properly.

In November 2012, I went to a Dentist for cavity removal which exposed the trigeminal nerve before the tooth cap was fixed. This was identified as Trigeminal Neuralgia, when I encountred a severe pain that didn't allow me to open my mouth or even blink my right eye. I was referred to a Neuro surgeon who put me on allopathic tablets.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Rajiv Nambiar for his exceptional care and support during my treatment. Being new to the world of Ayurveda, I had many doubts, but Dr. Nambiar patiently explained everything with great conviction and effort. His compassion and empathy — qualities that often seem rare these days — truly set him apart.
