Special thanks to Dr Pranali, I started working out with Dr Pranali from my 12 week ,up untill the very last day of delivery (39 week 4 days),this helped me to be physically and mentally prepared for 48 hrs of labor .Must tell you Dr Pranali is undoubtedly the best Physiotherapist I have ever came across and most wonderful person I have ever known...she was my constant support and go to person throughout pregnancy ..No matter what time I contacted her with any of my silly concerns she was there to guide ... I had Gestational Diabetes and being FTM I was really concerned about my baby's wellbeing but Dr Pranali kept me calm and positive,I had controlled my GD with diet and exercise,an hour walk ,with extra cardio session as advised by Her, which also helped to manage my weight and baby's weight and health.... Till the last day before my water bag broke I had no symptoms of labor at all ,not even any discomfort or false pain even after 4 sweep and being 2 cm dilated .I was really anxious if I will be able to have a normal delivery but Dr Pranali kept me going and suggested me do some exercise and the very same day I went into labor...100% recommending her.

In my 2nd trimester , I had joined Srujanam prenatal class where I have met Dr. Pranali who is one of the instructors for exercise and low impact cardio sessions and I have attended till the time I delivered my baby.
Her sessions were really helpful to keep myself healthy and active during my whole pregnancy. Despite having c-section, I was able to walk in less than 24 hours.
She always explains trimester wise exercises which can be done at home as well and answer your questions with utmost patience.
The overall experience was great.

I met Dr. Pranali during my pregnancy for the prenatal exercise and low impact cardio sessions which were thoroughly explained and enthusiastic. These sessions helped me maintained my physical and mental health throughout my pregnancy journey. Dr. Pranali had also explained labour exercises which were very helpful in preparing my body for the labour pain during delivery. She also explained the trimester wise exercises which can be done at home.
My overall experience was great with Dr Pranali as she was very attentive towards my concerns and health throughout my pregnancy journey.
